Nitrované mastné kyseliny jsou látky, které mají antioxidační a protizánětlivé účinky. Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že modulují důležité signalizační dráhy, které hrají významnou roli v kardioprotekci, lze očekávat jejich pozitivní účinek v léčbě kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Abstract:
Nitro-fatty acids are compounds which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Due to the fact that they modulate important signaling pathways which play a significant role in cardioprotection, their positive effect in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases can be expected.
