Handwriting recognition for grammar dictation
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce prozkoumává možnosti automatické opravy diktátů za využití automatického rozpoznávání ručně psaných textů a znalosti diktovaného textu. Práce zavádí několik zjednodušujících předpokladů jako práci se syntetickými daty a pouze na izolovaných slovech. Práce rozebírá návrh rozpoznávače včetně jeho vyhodnocení.
Abstract:
This thesis explores possibilities of automatic correction of grammar dictation exercises using handwriting recognition and the knowledge of the text being dictated. Few simplifications of this task are assumed throughout this thesis including mostly working with synthetic data and only isolated words. The recogniser architecture is proposed and evaluated.
