Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o fyzickém vzhledu učitele (jeho kompetencích a vlastnostech) z pohledu žáků základní školy. Teoretická část je deskripcí osobnosti a profese učitele, jeho proměn v čase a genderové problematiky v tomto povolání, dále se zabývá osobností žáka a vzájemným vztahem učitele a žáka, jakožto hlavních aktérů výchovně vzdělávacího procesu. This diploma thesis deals with a physical appearance of teachers (their proficiency and properties) from view of elementary school pupils. The theoretical part of this work is to describe the character and profession of teachers, their transformations in time and gender problems of this profession, then personality of pupil and teacher-pupil relationship, relationship.
