Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat a doporučit postup a metodiky při organizaci výběrového řízeni na dodávku informačního systému. V šesti kapitolách se věnuje postupně všem doporučeným krokům při organizaci. Popisuje formulaci záměru a stanovení cílů, věnuje se stanovení postupu a seznamuje s konkrétními omezeními prostřednictvím modelového příkladu v soukromé organizaci. V další části pak doporučuje správnou formu dokumentu při sestavování poptávkového dokumentu, představuje jednotlivé nabídky z modelového příkladu a prostřednictvím metody pro hodnocení je stanoven vítěz. Na závěr dojde k porovnání praxe s teorií a jsou doporučena pravidla pro organizaci dalších řízení.

Abstract:

The thesis aims to describe and to recommend the procedure and the methodology for the organization of the selection process for delivery of the information system. In six chapters it is devoted successively to all recommended steps for the organization. It describes the formulation of the project and it sets targets, the pay setting process, and it also introduces specific restrictions, through a model example of a private organization. The next section suggests the correct form of the document using compiling the inquiry document presents various offers and a model example of the methods and means of evaluation. In conclusion, there is an comparison with the theory and practice and there are recommended rules for the organization of other proceedings.
