Cílem této diplomové práce je vymezit a popsat opatření ukládaná mladistvým za spáchání provinění. Tato problematika je v České republice upravena zákonem č. 218/2003 Sb., o odpovědnosti mládeže za protiprávní činy a o soudnictví ve věcech. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do několik kapitol. The aim of this thesis is to define and to describe the measures which are imposed on juvenile offenders for their committed offenses. This issue is in Czech Republic by Act No. 218/2003 Coll., The liability for unlawful acts and Youth and Juvenile Justice. Thesis is divided into several chapters.
