Study of alignment of a new rack railway line in the Czech Republic.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem nové ozubnicové železniční trati v České republice. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje stručný výklad o historii ozubnicové železnice, popis jednotlivých typů ozubnic a popis navedení ozubeného kola do ozubnice. Porovnávací část bakalářské práce se zabývá studií technických parametrů ozubnicových železnic ve světě. Závěrem bakalářské práce je projektová část. Na základě poznatků, zjištěných v porovnávací části bakalářské práce a s použitím příslušných norem a předpisů byl vypracován koordinační situační výkres tří variant vedení trati, přehledné výkresy směrového a výškového řešení jednotlivých variant a vzorový příčný řez v širé trati nejvíce příznivé varianty.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a new cog railway in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis contains a brief explanation of the history of the cog railway, a description of individual types of cogwheels and a description of the gearing of the cogwheel. The comparative part of the bachelor thesis deals with the study of technical parameters of rack railways in the world. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is the project part. Based on the findings in the comparative part of the bachelor's thesis and using the relevant standards and regulations, a coordination situational drawing of three variants of line management, clear drawings of directional and height solutions of individual variants and a sample cross-section of the most favorable variant.
