Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl představit koncept eutanazie v podání australského filozofa Petera Singera. Nejprve je představen klasický utilitarismus, který Singer modifikuje do podoby preferenčního utilitarismu. Následuje přiblížení jednotlivých druhů eutanazie (dobrovolná, nedobrovolná, nevyžádaná, pasivní, aktivní) a argumentační postupy pro obhajobu jejich povolení nebo nepovolení. Poslední kapitola …more

This bachelor´s thesis aims to introduce the concept of euthanasia presented by an Australian philosopher Peter Singer. First is introduced classical utilitarianism which Singer modifies into preference utilitarianism.
