Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice veřejného opatrovnictví v České republice, definuje práva, povinnosti a vzdělávání veřejných opatrovníků, věnuje pozornost reformě psychiatrické péče a její dopady na opatrovnictví osob, dále zkoumá pozici veřejného opatrovníka v multidisciplinárním týmu a spolupráci opatrovníků s poskytovateli sociálních služeb.

The diploma theses pays attention to the public guardianship in the Czech republic, defines the rights, the responsibilities and the education of the public guardian, pays attention to the reform of psychiatric care and its impacts on the guardianship of people limited in legal rights and is trying to find out the position of the public guardian in multidiscipline team of experts and cooperation with …more
