Analysis of the allocation of overhead costs in a construction firm

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza evidence a alokace režijních nákladů k nákladovým střediskům ve stavební firmě XY za vybrané období její zhodnocení a navržení případného zlepšení. Teoretická část podává přehled o základním rozdělení ekonomické struktury podniku, funkcích a nástrojích řízení nákladů, konkrétně o alokaci režijních nákladů na nákladová střediska. Praktická část analyzuje ekonomickou strukturu podniku XY a odpovědnostní řízení jejich středisek, současný stav rozdělení a alokaci nákladů a zabývá se otázkou možného zlepšení použitím alternativních metod alokace režijních nákladů.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the register and the allocation to cost centres in the construction company XY for the selected period, its evaluation and a proposal of any possible improvements. The theoretical part gives an overview of the basic division of the economic structure of the business, the functions and tools to manage costs, namely, the allocation of overheads of the cost centres. The practical part analyses the economic structure of the company XY and liability management of its centres, the current state of costs distribution and allocation and deals with the question of the possible improvements using alternative methods of allocation of the overhead costs.
