Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá institutem smluvní pokuty v občanském zákoníku. V rámci práce bude tento institut podrobně rozebrán z pohledu právní úpravy zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník, kde je zakotvena jako jeden z nástrojů utvrzení dluhu. This thesis is concerned with the institute of contractual penalty embedded in the Civil Code. This institute will be thoroughly analyzed from the perspective of legislative act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code, where it is embedded as one of the tools of affirmation of debt.
