Process of independence of Montenegro and its influence on the population

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má za cíl znázornit vývoj černohorské nezávislosti od úplného počátku až do konečného vyhlášení v roce 2006 a přiblížit vztahy mezi obyvatelstvem Černé Hory. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části: část teoretickou, analytickou a výstupy a poznatky. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na historický kontext černohorské nezávislosti a propojení Černé Hory a Srbska. Dále se zaměřuje na rozpory mezi černohorskou a srbskou stranou, důležité kauzy z posledních let a přibližuje vztahy mezi obyvatelstvem Černé Hory, primárně mezi Černohorci a Srby. Analytická část je strukturovaná formou kvantitativního dotazníku, kdy je cílem přiblížit názory Černohorců a Srbů, žijících v Černé Hoře, na celou situaci ohledně národní identity. Ve třetí části výstupy a poznatky jsou obsažena výsledná zjištění z celé diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The aim of the master's thesis is to explore the development of independence of Montenegro from its inception to its final declaration in 2006, as well as the relationships between the population of Montenegro, which is highly diverse. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical, and findings and insights. The theoretical part focuses on the historical context of independence of Montenegro and the connection between Montenegro and Serbia. It also examines the conflicts between the Montenegrin and Serbian sides, important cases in recent years, and provides insight into the relationships between the population of Montenegro, primarily between Montenegrins and Serbs. The analytical part is structured in the form of a quantitative questionnaire, aiming to present the views of Montenegrins and Serbs living in Montenegro on the entire situation regarding national identity. In the third part, findings and insights, the final conclusions of the entire master's thesis are presented.
