Abstract:

Anotace Název práce: Postoj sociálních pracovníků úřadu práce ke způsobům zvládání negativních emocí při práci s osobami v hmotné nouzi Autor: Bc. Jana Bobotová Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Instituce: Masarykova univerzita Brno, Fakulta sociálních studií Počet slov: 30 524 Diplomová práce se zabývá postojem, který zaujímají sociální pracovníci úřadu práce ke způsobům zvládání negativních emocí při práci s osobami v hmotné nouzi. V teoretické části jsou představeny koncepty zvládání negativních emocí a ostatní pojmy související s hlavní výzkumnou otázkou. Výzkum je proveden kvalitativní metodou a byl realizován technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 12 respondenty – sociálními pracovníky úřadu práce a jejich vedoucími. V interpretační části jsou získaná data interpretována na pomocí otevřeného a axiálního kódování. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že sociální pracovníci mají kladný vztah ke konceptům, které jim pomáhají udržovat vlastní bio-psycho-sociální rovnováhu. V závěru práce je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a doporučení pro praxi a další výzkum.

Institution: Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Social Studies Basic words count: 30 524 The thesis deals with the attitude that occupy the social workers of the office work on ways of coping with negative emotions at work with persons in material need. In the theoretical part are introduced to the concepts of coping with negative emotions and other concepts related to the main research question. Research is carried out a qualitative method and was implemented the technique of semi-structured interviews with 12 respondents to the social workers of the bureau of labor and their leaders. In the interpretation of the parts are obtained by the data interpreted on using open and axiálního coding. The result of the work is the finding that social workers have a positive relationship to concepts that help them to maintain their own bio psycho social balance. At the conclusion of the work is to answer the main research question and recommendations for practice and further research.
