The seniors´dietary preferences in institutional facilities

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výživovými preferencemi seniorů v ústavních zařízeních.V teoretické části shrnuje potřeby jednotlivých živin ve stáří, faktory, které ovlivňují přísun a využití živin ve stáří, nejčastější poruchy výživy ve vyšším věku, vzájemnou interakci potravin a léků, obecná doporučení zdravé výživy se specifikací na zdravou populaci a výživová doporučení při prevenci chronických onemocnění. Praktická část zkoumá jaké potraviny a jídla senioři upřednostňují, včetně jejich úpravy, zda mají povědomí o zásadách zdravé výživy, zda se stravují dle doporučení lékaře, event. jak se odkloňují od potravinové pyramidy pro zdravou populaci v ČR.

Abstract:

This final bakelor work deals with the nutritional preferences of older peaple in instutional facilities. The theoretical part of this work summarizes the Leeds of individual nutriets in old age, factors that affect the supply and utilization of nutrients in old age, the most common nutrional disorders in old age, the interaction of food and medicament, general healthy rating recommendations to the specification for healthy population and dietary guidelines for seniors, principles nutrition in the preventiv of chronic diseases. The praktical part Explorer which food and meals seniors prefer, including their treatment if they have knowledge of the principles of a healthy diet if Theky eat according to doctor´s, recommendation and possibilites how they deflect from the food pyramid for a healthy population in the Czech Republic.
