Bakalářská práce pod názvem Česká národní banka a její působnost se zabývá vznikem výše uvedené banky. Je zaměřena na historický vznik České národní banky, na ukotvení v zákonu č. 6/1993 Sb. o České národní bance a v čl. 98 Ústavy. Práce se věnuje obecné charakteristice – její postavení, dále se věnuje i bankovní radě a hospodaření ČNB. Další část závěrečné práce je zaměřena především na novelu zákona …more

Thesis is focused on the historical establishment of the Czech National Bank, at anchor in Act No. 6/1993 Coll. the Czech National Bank and its main goals.
