Diplomová práce pojednává o historickém vývoji českého a československého autorského práva od roku 1918 až do konce devadesátých let stolení dvacátého. K vytvoření práce byla využita především dobová odborná literatura a sněmovní tisk. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the historical development of Czech and Czechoslovak copyright law from 1918 to the end of the 1990s. The period literature and the parliamentary press were mainly used to create the thesis.
