Abstract:
In this thesis an exploitation of the verb valency lexicon Verbalex for the Czech parsing system Synt is presented and an effective implementation is provided that uses the syntactic information in the complex valency frames contained in Verbalex to resolve standard parsing ambiguities and thereby improving the analysis results.
