Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce na téma "Občanské poradny" se skládá z teoretické a aplikační části. Teoretická část mé práce se věnuje občanským poradnám. Začínám s krátkou historii poraden, kde popisuji historii Občanských poraden v Anglii a historii poraden v České republice. Na historii navazuji Asociací občanských poraden, která poradny zastřešuje. V Teoretické části definuji poradenství, blíže se věnuji základnímu a odbornému sociálnímu poradenství, které se v poradnách poskytuje. Důležitou a poslední kapitolou teoretické části, která přímo navazuje na aplikační část je práce s klientem v občanské poradně. Cílem aplikační části mé práce je zjistit na základě komparace kazuistik vybraných klientů, jak spolupráce mezi klienty a sociálním pracovníkem v občanské poradně vede ke zlepšení nebo změně klientovy tíživé životní situace. Cílem je zjistit, zda probíhanou spoluprací dopomůžeme ke zlepšení životní situace klienta. V aplikační části se věnuji zmíněnému cíli, technice sběru dat, komparaci kazuistik a sekundárně také diskuzi. Pro aplikační část bakalářské práce jsem použila informace získané v Občanské poradně Havířov.

Abstract:

My bachelor's thesis on the topic of "Civic Consulting" consists of a theoretical and application part. The theoretical part of my work is devoted to civic consulting. I start with a short history of consulting centers, where I describe the history of Civic Consulting Centers in England and the history of Consulting centers in the Czech Republic. I follow the history of the Association of Civic Consulting Centers, which covers consulting centers. In the Theoretical part I define consulting, I pay more attention to basic and professional social counseling, which is provided in counseling centers. An important and last chapter of the theoretical part, which is directly related to the application part is the work with the client in the civic consulting center. The aim of the application part of my work is to find out, based on a comparison of case studies of selected clients, how cooperation between clients and a social worker in a civic consulting center leads to the improvement or change of the client's difficult life situation. The aim is to find out whether the ongoing cooperation will help to improve the client's life situation. In the application part I deal with the mentioned goal, data collection technique, comparison of case studies and secondarily also discussion. For the application part of the bachelor's thesis, I used the information obtained in the Havířov Civic Consulting Center.
