Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá bakteriální kontaminací brýlových obrub. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny poznatky o brýlových obrubách, onemocněních týkajících se lidské pokožky, oka a očních adnex. V teoretické části jsou informace o bakteriích, které se vztahují k dané problematice. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky práce, které jsou v diskuzi porovnány s jinými studiemi na podobné téma. Abstract:
The thesis deals with bacterial contamination of spectacle frames. In the theory part the knowledge about glasses, diseases related to human skin, eye and ocular adnexa is mentioned. In the theory, information on bacteria related to the subject is given.
