The Importance of Procedural acts in pre-trial Criminal proceedings
Abstract:
The bachelor´s work is divided to 4 chapters. In the first chapter of the general procedural acts folders get. The second chapter is devoted to the Institute relating to the procedural acts. The third chapter is dedicated to ensuring procedural documents and things relevant to criminal proceedings. The fourth chapter deals with the pre-trial proceedings.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na štyri kapitoly. V prvej kapitole sa venujeme všeobecne procesným úkonom. Druhá kapitola je venovaná inštitútom súvisiacim s procesnými úkonmi. V tretej kapitole sa venujeme procesným úkonom a zaisteniu vecí dôležitých pre trestné konanie. Štvrtá kapitola sa zaoberá prípravným konaním.
