Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na pojem veřejných rejstříků. Cílem práce je přehledné a srozumitelné seznámení se s právní úpravou, stručným popisem veřejných rejstříků. Práce nabízí teoretické i praktické pochopení daného tématu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the concept of public registers. The aim of the work is a clear and understandable acquaintance with the legislation, a brief of public registers. The aim offers a theoretical and practical understanding of the topic.
