Diplomová práce má za cíl zjistit vliv sterilizace na kvalitu instrumentaria. Práce je teoreticko-výzkumná. V teoretické části je popsána problematika chirurgických nástrojů a proces sterilizace. Výzkumná část práce se skládá z kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu.
