Abstract:
Cílem této práce je identifikace sporných otázek při utváření franchisingového vztahu a některých jeho problematických aspektů. V práci nejsou vymezovány základní charakteristiky franchisingu. Výsledkem práce je sestavení přehledného seznamu sporných otázek s uvedením jejich možných řešení na základě teoretických závěrů podložených poznatky z praxe a konzultacemi s odborníky.

The aim of this thesis is identification of controversial issues in franchise contract and some of its problematic aspects. This thesis doesn’t deal with basic characteristics of franchise contracts.
