Visualization of machine learning algorithms behaviour due to data sets characteristics
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření aplikace, která bude vhodným způsobem vizualizovat datasety a modely na nich naučené. Práce přibližuje interaktivní vizualizaci dat prostřednictvím knihovny Bokeh a trénování algoritmů strojového učení pomocí knihovny scikit-learn. Na konci práce jsou zobrazeny vizualizace dosažené s implementovanou aplikací.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is an implementation of application that will be capable of proper visualization of datasets and machine learning algorithms. The thesis explains the principles of interactive visualization with the Bokeh library and the usage of machine learning algorithms with scikit-learn.
