Optimization of Insurance Protection of a Selected Entity

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Optimalizace pojistné ochrany vybraného subjektu“ je identifikace rizik podstupovaných vybraným subjektem v rámci jeho podnikatelské činnosti, prozkoumání jeho současného pojistného krytí a provedení následné optimalizace pojistné ochrany na základě získaných nabídek od konkrétních pojišťoven. Výstupem práce je návrh optimální pojistné ochrany pro tento vybraný subjekt. Teoretická část práce objasňuje pojem riziko, jeho klasifikaci, řízení a metody eliminace. Další část práce se zabývá charakteristikou pojištění, jeho právní úpravou, vymezuje základní pojmy, klasifikaci a jednotlivé vybrané pojistné produkty související s podnikatelským subjektem. Praktickou část práce tvoří charakteristika vybraného podnikatelského subjektu včetně jeho činností, zhodnocení jeho rizik a současného pojistného krytí. Náplní této části je také srovnání nabídek konkrétních pojistných produktů od vybraných pojišťoven s ohledem na rizika a požadavky subjektu a následné doporučení nové optimální pojistné ochrany podnikatelskému subjektu.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis „Optimization of Insurance Protection of a Selected Entity“ is the identification of the risks threatening the selected business entity in the context of its business activities, examination of its current insurance coverage and formation of subsequent optimization of insurance protection based on the obtained offers from insurance companies. The output of the thesis is the proposal of optimal insurance protection for the selected entity. The theoretical part explains the concept of risk, its classification, management and methods for elimination. The next part deals with the characteristics of insurance, its legal regulation, defines the basic concepts, classification and individual selected insurance products related to the business entity. The practical part of the thesis comprises the characteristic of the business entity including its activity, the evaluation of its risks and current insurance coverage. The purpose of this part is also to compare the offers of specific insurance products from selected insurance companies with regard to the risks and requirements of the business entity, and recommendation of new optimal insurance protection to the business entity.
