Diplomová práce se zabývá specifickou problematikou samozásobitelství s ohledem na chov skotu a ovcí. Z analýzy současného stavu vyplývá, že ne všechna plemena skotu a ovcí jsou vhodná pro potřeby samozásobitelství. Obdobně je tomu tak u zkoumaných plodin a regionů České republiky. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with a specific issue of self-sufficiency with a focus on cattle and sheep breeding. The analysis of the current state shows that not all breeds of cattle and sheep are suitable for self-sufficiency. The same is for the crops and regions of the Czech Republic.
