Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá současnou právní úpravou pracovní smlouvy jako nejvýznamnější právní skutečností zakládající pracovní poměr. Zaměřuje se především na podstatné náležitosti pracovní smlouvy a ostatní ujednání, která mohou být její součástí.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with present legislation of labour contract as the most significant legal fact which establishes an employment. Above all thesis is focus on essential elements of a labour contract and other covenant of a labour contract which may be its component.
