The law aspects of remote digital data storage
Abstract:
Práce přibližuje problematiku právních aspektů vzdáleného úložiště elektronických dat. Zaměřuje se přitom na cloudová úložiště. Práce je zpracována jako komparace podmínek vybraných cloudových služeb s důrazem na rizikové podmínky v české právní úpravě.
Abstract:
The thesis brings the problems of the law aspects of remote digital data storage. It aims to cloud storage. The thesis is processed as a comparison of the conditions selected cloud services with an emphasis on risk conditions in the Czech legislation.
