Bakalářská přehledová práce se zabývá tělesným složením u dospělých osob, které bylo podrobněji rozpracováno. Do práce jsou zařazeny odborné studie, zabývající se tématy, která jsou spojená s tělesným složením. Tato práce obsahuje popis nejčastěji využívaných metod stanovujících složení těla.
