Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá začínajícími středoškolskými učiteli a procesem jejich socializace do profese. Práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru, vychází tedy jednak z dostupné české a zahraniční literatury a jednak z vlastního výzkumu. Výzkum byl proveden podle kvalitativní metodologie a jeho cílem bylo popsat, jak probíhá socializace do profese u učitelů středních škol a co ji ovlivňuje. …more

This thesis deals with the high school beginning teachers and with the process of their socialization into the profession. This work is partly theoretical and partly empirical and it is based of the available Czech and foreign language written literature and from my own research.
