Analysis of the concept of cyber war
Abstract:
The work analysis the concept of cyber war. It is trying to answer the question of how is this concept understand. Using hermeneutic method it interprets strategic documents, or concepts, which are connect to cyber war. The concept is used as a methaphor, for inflation of the threat of cyber attacks. In military circles the war is undrestand as support for conventional operacionts.
Abstract:
Práca analyzuje pojem kybernetickej vojny. Snaží sa odpovedať na otázku, ako je chápaný tento pojem. Pomocou hermeneutickej metódy interpretujeme strategické dokumenty, či koncepty, ktoré sa týkajú kybernetickej vojny. Pojem sa používa ako metafora, pre zveličenie hrozby kybernetických útokov. Vo vojenských kruhoch je chápaná táto vojna ako podporná popri bežných konvenčných operáciách.
