Study of the Photoreaction Mechanisms of Photoactivatable Compounds
Abstract:
Hodnoty pKa byly …moreAbstract:
The overall goal of this dissertation was to investigate the mechanism of photoreactions of selected new photoactivatable compounds in different media. Chapter one (Introduction) gives a brief overview of reaction mechanism. Time-resolved spectroscopy techniques used as a tool for investigations are described, and a review of the knowledge about photoremovable protecting groups including their applications …moreAbstract:
gradation quantum efficiencies were determined for the compounds. Different intermediates were generated by laser flash photolysis and assigned. Based on the results obtained by laser flash photolysis, steady state irradiation and calculations, a mechanism of the photoreaction was proposed. Keywords
