Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of business valuation. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part and focuses on the company, words as price and value, description of methods when evaluating the company, market research and also a description of the company being valued, its short history and specific valuation of the company.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zapodieva problematikou oceňovania podniku. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť a sústredí sa na podnik, cenu a hodnotu, popísanie metód oceňovania podniku, trhovým ukazovateľom a taktiež popísaniu podniku, ktorý sa oceňuje, jeho krátka história až konkrétne ocenenie tonto podniku.
