Trénink dechových svalů před chirurgickým zákrokem u pacientů s karcinomem plic

Training of respiratory muscles before lung surgery in patients with lung carcinoma
Abstract:
Cílem práce je zhodnocení přínosu tréninkového programu před plicním chirurgickým zákrokem. K zvýšení svalové síly respiračního svalstva jsme použili dechových trenažerů. Hodnotili jsme veličiny – maximální ústní inspirační tlak, maximální ústní exspirační tlak, dušnost, bolest a změna míry úzkosti a deprese. Zjistili jsme, že statisticky významný byl růst maximálního ústního inspiračního tlaku.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the effect of the training program before lung surgery. To increase the contractility of respiratory muscles we used respiratory equipment. We evaluated parameters of maximal inspiratory mouth pressure, maximal expiratory mouth pressure, dyspnoea, pain, anxiety and depression.
