This master's thesis deals with the performance evaluation of the company Slovácké strojírny a.s. and thereafter the implementation of Balanced Scorecard method. The thesis is divided into two parts, methodological and practical. Methodological part defines tools of strategic analysis, financial analysis INFA and Balanced Scorecard components.
