Diplomová práce analyzuje institut mimořádného snížení trestu odnětí svobody, jakožto klíčový nástroj českého trestního práva pro soudní individualizaci trestu. Cílem je komplexní rozbor tohoto institutu a jeho konfrontace se zásadami trestního práva či judikaturou. The diploma thesis analyzes the institute of extraordinary reduction of imprisonment as a key instrument of Czech criminal law for the judicial individualization of punishment.
