The aim of this thesis is to develop a project on an implementation of the concept of the Balanced Scorecard for RIM-CZ, spol. s r. o. The theoretical part deals with a performance management and the largest part is devoted to the concept of the Balanced Scorecard, its theoretical definition and the implementating process in the company.
