Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje relativně novému fenoménu kybernetických milic jakožto aktérů kybernetických konfliktů. The thesis is devoted to the relatively new phenomenon of cyber militias as actors of contemporary cyber conflicts. Critically reflecting the existing definitions a conceptual framework is outlined; afterwards, we describe the development from the early days up until now: our comprehensive overview focuses on incidents cyber militias allegedly took part in.
