Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálními aspekty průvodcovství na národní kulturní památce Hospitálu Kuks. Primárně se věnuje interakci mezi průvodcem a návštěvníkem. Studuje očekávání obou skupin, jejich vzájemné prolínání, interakce a jazykové chování. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na dynamickou proměnu v důsledku vzájemného setkávání. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with social aspects of tour guiding at national cultural monument Hospital Kuks. It primarily focuses on the interaction between the tour guide and the visitors. The thesis examines expectations of both groups, their interrelationships, interactions and language behavior.
