Inclusive education of children with hearing impairment in kindergarten

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat inkluzivní vzdělávání dětí se sluchovým postižením v mateřské škole. Zjistíme, jaké jsou využívány organizační formy výuky žáka se sluchovým postižením, jaká jsou užívána podpůrná opatření při inkluzivním vzdělávání sluchově postižených, jaké komunikace využívají pedagogičtí pracovníci se sluchově postiženými žáky a jak tito žáci zapadají do kolektivu intaktních dětí. Diplomová práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje především na vymezení pojmu surdopedie, popisuje vztah surdopedie k ostatním vědám, dále na sluch, konkrétně na popis sluchového ústrojí, na sluchové postižení a následné dělení sluchového postižení, na vývoj dítěte se sluchovým postižením, komunikační styly, které dítě používá, na specifika práce se sluchově postiženým dítětem a na možnosti vzdělávání sluchově postiženého dítěte. V praktické části je uvedeno ověření zmíněného inkluzivního vzdělávání dětí se sluchovým postižením v praxi.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out conditions allowed for children with hearing impairment within inclusive education in kindergarten, what organizational forms of teaching a pupil with hearing impairment are used, what support measures are used in inclusive education of hearing impaired, what types of communication are used by pedagogical staff with the hearing-impaired pupils and how these pupils fit into a group of intact children. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the definition of deafness and describes the relationship of deafness to other scientific disciplines. But it also focuses on hearing, specifically the description of the hearing system, hearing impairment and subsequent division of hearing impairment, the development of a child with hearing impairment, communication styles that the child uses, on the specifics of working with a hearing impaired child and on the possibilities of education of a hearing impaired child. The practical part presents the verification of the mentioned inclusive education of children with hearing impairment in practice.
