Předmětem diplomové práce je vybrat 4 oblasti, které jsou v současnosti u IT projektů nejvíce problematické. Teoretická část pokládá základy pro část praktickou a objasňuje pojmy jako je inovace, projektový management a risk management. Subject of master thesis is to choose 4 areas, they are nowadays most problematic in case of IT projects. Theoretical part is providing basics for the practical part and clarifies concepts as innovation, project management and risk management. Practical part is describing real project on which author participated in the role of the analyst responsible for the development of one part of the system. …more
