In this thesis we are interested in the theory of duality. After a brief introduction we define some basic concepts, properties and relations in Chapter 2. In Chapter 3, we present the Lagrange principle in context of the theory of duality. Then we proceed with Fenchel transformation and we mention its relationship to the duality. V této diplomové práci se věnujeme teorii duality. Po stručném úvodu nasledujú v Kapitole 2 definice základních pojmů, vlastností a vztahů. V Kapitole 3 uvádíme Lagrangeov princip v souvislosti s teorií duality. Dále se věnujeme Fenchelové transformaci a její vztahem k dualitě.
