Biodegradation of Plastic Waste
Abstract:
Práce je věnována degradaci plastů a popisuje jednotlivé fáze degradačního procesu plastů, kterým podléhá ve volné přírodě. Zabývá se zejména působením mikroorganismů na plasty se zaměřením na jednotlivé části procesu mikrobiální degradace. Zahrnuje pohled na současnou strategii zpracovávání plastů i případné alternativy.
Abstract:
The work deals with the degradation of plastics and describes the individual stages of the degradation process of plastics, which it is subjected to in the wild. It mainly deals with the effect of microbes on plastics, with a focus on individual parts of the microbial degradation process. It includes a look at the current plastics processing strategy as well as possible alternatives.
