The use of chemical modifiers for the elimination of matrix interferences during multielemental analysis by inductively coupled plasma orthogonal-acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometry
Abstract:
Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na studium polyatomických interferencí metodou o-TOF-ICP-MS. Byl studován vliv matričních prvků na konkrétních izotopech a byla zkoumána možnost odstranění interference použitím vybraných modifikátorů. Byl proveden mikrovlnný rozklad biologických vzorků a správnost metody byla ověřena analýzou referenčních materiálů.
Abstract:
This thesis was focused on the study of polyatomic interferences by o-TOF-ICP-MS. Influence of matrix elements of the specific isotopes was studied and the possibility of elimination of interference was investigated by using the selected modifier. Microwave digestion of biological samples was made and the accuracy of used method was verified by analysis of reference materials.
