Rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou právní úpravy držení a nošení zbraní na území dnešní České republiky, a to od středověku po současnost. Cílem této práce je tedy zejména provedení analýzy právní úpravy ve vztahu k jednotlivým obdobím, zmapování základních vývojových tendencí včetně zasazení předmětné problematiky do širších historických souvislostí. The rigorous thesis deals with the issue of legal regulation of possession and carrying of weapons in the territory of today's Czech Republic, from the Middle Ages to the present.
