Abstract:

Diplomová práce zkoumá analytickou formou vývoj kvality a ceny vín z Bordeaux. V první kapitole se uvádí vývoj vína v Bordeaux a popis terroir. Půda, přírodní podmínky, podnebí, pěstování révy vinné a následná výroba udávají faktory ovlivňující konečný produkt. Práce se věnuje popisu jednotlivých odrůd, ze kterých se víno vyrábí. V druhé kapitole je uveden popis vinařských apelací v Bordeaux. V této části je podrobně popsán jejich terroir, který se podílí na charakteristické chuti vína. Další kapitola - praktická část popisuje vhodné metody investic a způsoby nákupu vín. Ve Francii je možný nákup vína způsobem En Primeur, který je pro investora vhodnější, jelikož se prodává za nejlepší možnou cenu. Cena vína se vyvíjí, záleží na jeho kvalitě, stáří, značce a původu. V třetí části druhé kapitoly je uveden rozbor dvou vinařství s označením Chateau. První vinařství je Chateau Margaux, kde jsou graficky znázorněny grafy o aukčním vývoji pořizovací ceny vína z jejich produkce. Uvedeny jsou roky 1990, 1992 a 1994. Tyto ročníky byly vybrány, aby byl patrný rozdíl cenové hladiny u prodeje tak zvaného dobrého ročníku, kterým je rok 1990 a průměrného ročníku 1992 a 1994. Druhé vinařství je Chateau Lynch Bages, které produkuje vína za nižší cenu než Chateau Margaux. Uvedené ročníky jsou stejné a je zde patrné, že již zmíněný rok výroby udává kvalitu a cenu vína. Práce popisuje vývoj stáří vína, který přímo úměrně ovlivňuje jeho cenu.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the analytical form of the quality and price of wines from Bordeaux. The first chapter introduces the evolution of wine in Bordeaux and describes the terroir. natural conditions, climate, grape growing and subsequent production indicate factors affecting the final product. The work is devoted to the description of the different variables from which the wine is produced. The second chapter describes the wine appellations in Bordeaux, and the conclusion individually shows in detail that the terroir contributes to the characteristic flavour of the wine. The next chapter describes the practical part of the appropriate methods and ways of investing in wines. In France, it is possible to purchase wine En Primeur, a way that is suitable for the investor because wines are sold at the best possible price. The price of the wine developed depends on its quality, age, brand and origin. The final section is dedicated to the analysis of two chateaus. The first winery is Chateau Margaux, which is illustrated by graphs showing the auction evolution of the cost of their wine production. Listed are the years 1990, 1992 and 1994. These years were chosen because of the noticeable difference in the price level of production in a good year, which is 1990, compared to the average grade in 1992 and 1994. The second winery is Chateau Lynch Bages, which produces wines at a lower price than Chateau Margaux. The same years are chosen, and it is obvious that the aforementioned production year indicates the quality and price of the wine. The work in total describes that the development of aging the wine is directly proportional to its price.
