Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou měkkých cílů před případy extrémního násilí. Cílem této bakalářské práce je snaha o vytvoření koncepce na snížení rizik a zvýšení připravenosti na útoky a s nimi spojená posttraumatická stresová porucha. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se soustřeďuje na nejdůležitější aspekty, které souvisí s ochranou měkkých cílů. Zpracována je na základě literární rešerše, internetových zdrojů a na základě odborných článků či dokumentů. V praktické části je popsána problematika, která s těmito aspekty souvisí. Zpracována je na základě dotazníkového šetření veřejnosti a součástí je také rozhovor s odborníkem z oblasti bezpečnostních sborů. Obě tyto metody jsou následně zhodnoceny a porovnány s teoretickou částí. Práce tedy nabízí jednak pohled laické společnosti, dále pak pohled odborný a tato tvrzení doplňuje pohled teoretický. Výsledky tohoto šetření jsou shrnuty v závěru práce. Zde jsou zjištěné poznatky identifikovány a společně se zjištěnými problémy navrhují konkrétní řešení, která by mohla pomoci ke zvýšení připravenosti obyvatelstva na případné incidenty.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the protection of soft targets against cases of extreme violence. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a concept to reduce risks and to increase preparedness for attacks, and associated post-traumatic stress disorder. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the most important aspects related to the protection of soft targets. It is processed on the basis of literary research, internet sources and on the basis of professional articles or documents. The practical part highlights the issues related to these aspects. It is prepared on the basis of a questionnaire survey of the public and also includes an interview with an expert in the field of security forces. Both of these methods are then evaluated and compared with the theoretical part. The work therefore offers a view of laic society and a professional view, and these statements are completed by the theoretical view. The results of the survey are summarized in the conclusion. Here, the findings are identified and, together with the identified problems, specific solutions that could help increase the population's preparedness for possible incidents are suggested.
