Diplomová práce popisuje aktuální stav řízení zakázek a navrhuje její optimalizaci prostřednictvím implementace nového ERP systému. V úvodu práce je popsán stávající stav řízení zakázek a jeho nedostatky, které brzdí efektivitu a produktivitu podniku.
