Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním společnosti CZECHOSLOVAK OCEAN SHIPPING, s.r.o., jejíž podnikatelská činnost spočívá v poskytování spedičních služeb. Ocenění proběhne na bázi tržních hodnot k datu ocenění 31. 12. 2020. V úvodu práce je stanoven základní cíl, metody a postup práce. This diploma thesis focuses on the valuation of CZECHOSLOVAK OCEAN SHIPPING, s.r.o., whose business activity lies in providing forwarding services. The valuation is based on market values corresponding with the date of valuation of 31.12.2020. The main goal, methodology and process are set out at the beginning of the thesis.
