Colicins: evolution and ecology
Abstract:
Colicinogeny is a production of specific exoproteins - colicins - by bacteria Escherichia coli and related species of Enterobacteriaceae. The bachelor thesis provides information on the evolutionary and ecological sense of this phenomena.

Kolicinogénia predstavuje produkciu špecifických exoproteínov - kolicínov - baktériou Escherichia coli a ďalšími príbuznými druhmi čeľade Enterobacteriaceae. Bakalárska práca poskytuje informácie o evolučnom a ekologickom význame tohto fenoménu.
