Species spectrum of arthropods in the Lolium multiflorum cultural growth

Abstract:

V porostu jílku mnohokvětého u obce Radonín v okrese Třebíč (542 m n.m.) byl zjišťován výskyt členovců pomocí zemních pastí. Jílek mnohokvětý byl vyset 15. září 2019, sklizen 21. července 2020. Úlovky byly odebírány od 1. května do 10. července 2020 (11 odběrů). Pasti byly rozmístěny ve třech liniích: U lesa, Uprostřed a U zahrad. Celkem bylo odchyceno 4818 jedinců členovců, kteří byli zařazeni do tří trofických skupin. Nejpočetněji byli zastoupeni užiteční členovci, saprofágové (2619 jedinců), predátoři a parazitoidi (1842 jedinců). Potenciálně škodliví fytofágové byli nejméně početní (357 jedinců). Saprofágové byli zastoupeni především chvostoskoky, predátoři střevlíkovitými, drabčíkovitými a mravencovitými, fytofágové mšicovitými. Obě skupiny užitečných členovců byly v nejvyšší početnosti zaregistrovány v linii pastí Uprostřed pozemku, fytofágové v linii U zahrad. Hodnota indexu diverzity členovců narůstala od nejnižší hodnoty v linii pastí U zahrad (2,19), přes střední hodnotu v linii Uprostřed (2,28), po nejvyšší hodnotu v linii U lesa (2,42).

Abstract:

The abundance of arthropods was monitored in the Lolium multiflorum cultural growth nearby the village Radonín (Třebíč district, 542 meters above the sea level). The arthropods were caught by fall traps. The Lolium multiflorum was sowed on 15th September 2019 and harvested on 21st July 2020. Specimens were collected from 1st May to 10th July 2020 (altogether 11 times). The fall traps were deployed in three lines – next to the woods, in the middle of the field and next to the gardens of village houses. Overall 4818 specimens were collected. The specimens were determined into three groups – predators and parasitoids (1842), saprophagous (2619) and potentially harmful phytophagous (357). The saprophagous group consisted mostly of Collembola, predators mostly consisted of Carabidae, Staphylinidae and Formicidae and group of phytophagous arthropods consisted mostly of Aphididae. Both useful groups of arthropods were most abundant in the line in the middle of the field, whereas phytophagous arthropods were most abundant in the line next to the gardens. The value of the diversity index of arthropods was 2.19 for the line next to the gardens, 2.28 for the line in the middle of the field and 2.42 for the line next to the woods.
